Returns Policy

If for any reason you need to return an item back to us, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. For Security reasons please use a signature on delivery service which we will sign for on receipt. Please retain your return receipt in case of lost parcel. Please note that the cost of sending orders back to us must be met by the customer. For overseas orders, only the cost of Goods will be refunded, unless we have sent out the wrong item by mistake, in which case we will refund for all shipping costs incurred over and above the original shipping charge. Goods must be returned with all packaging and tags intact and in brand new and unused condition.

Return of Goods Procedure

Out of Stocks

The website is updated manually and is pretty much up to date, though on rare occasions, the item you have ordered may be out of stock. If this is the case, you will be notified as soon as possible, either by email or phone. Your payment is usually held by the bank until we ship your order, at which point we request the bank to release the funds to us. In the case of items being out of stock, your payment will be cancelled and the funds will then be released by the bank back to you. This could take up to 10 working days and is sadly out of our control. In the case of Paypal payments, these are reversed once we have corresponded with you and you have decided to cancel the order. This is done within 48 hours or sooner if possible.
